PARTS. ALL CLAIMS AND RETURNED GOODS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY THIS INVOICE.
Liberty Wholesale Auto Parts is committed to meeting our customer’s satisfaction. We will do our best to provide the best service and quality that is reasonably possible. The following is a summary of our Policy and Warranty information:
All cores must have liquid containing parts removed and accompany core before refund will be made.
Exchange parts must be turned in at the time of purchase, or a core charge will be made. The core charge will be refunded if the exchange parts are brought in within 30 days, unless otherwise specified.
Engines and transmission come with a 30 day limited warranty, unless otherwise specified on this invoice. Engines are guaranteed against rod knock, cracked block, and excessive smoking. Engine accessories are not guaranteed. There is no guarantee for labor to install or remove.
Transmissions are guaranteed to work properly. Gears are guaranteed to be in good condition at time of purchase. We assume no responsibility for improper installation or usage after time of purchase. There is no guarantee for labor to install or remove.
Rear ends are guaranteed to work properly; gears are guaranteed to be in good condition. Bearings are guaranteed not noisy at time of purchase. There is no guarantee for labor to install or remove.
Starter, generators, alternators guaranteed to work at time of purchase; we assume no responsibility for improper installation, faulty voltage regulator, or poor electrical connection by customer. There is absolutely no refund on electrical parts.
Radiators and heater cores are guaranteed not to leak at time of purchase if they are used, 30 days if they are reconditioned, and 1 year if they are new.
No refunds on “special ordered” parts.
We reserve the right to REPLACE parts purchased before making cash refund.
Parts not defective which are returned by customer for credit are subject to acceptance by dismantler and are subject to a 30% handling charge if accepted. Parts other than those originally sold or which have been altered or damaged are not acceptable for return.
Body sections which have been cut off to order are not returnable. No refund on takeoff parts.
Claims for adjustment due to defective parts must be made within 48 hours of time of purchase, unless other specific arrangements were made at time of purchase.
Engines and cylinder heads have heat tabs installed on them. If the center of the heat tab is melted out or the heat tab is removed, the guarantee is void. Cylinder heads are guaranteed against cracks only.
All used merchandise must be inspected by buyer for defects or safety hazards. Seller states that he in no way guarantees or warrants used merchandise for apparent or non-apparent safety hazards and affirmatively states that used merchandise sold may have safety hazard, and it is the responsibility of buyer to inspect for actual or latent safety hazards or hire an expert to so inspect.
Buyer affirms that before he entered into this agreement, the seller requested that he examine the goods, to ascertain whether there were defects in the goods which would make them unacceptable to him/her that seller afforded to buyer an adequate opportunity to make such examination before he entered into this agreement and that he has examined the goods as fully as he desires for the purpose of determining whether there are defects.
The warranty does not apply if parts are broken apart or if motors and/or transmissions are not installed by a registered repair facility, except for this limited warranty such used parts are sold “AS IS” with all faults. There are no other express warranties and no implied warranties including implied warranty and merchantability. Warranty starts from date of sale or date of delivery if item was shipped; unless otherwise specified.
WE DO NOT CERTIFY MILEAGE ON USED ENGINES.
