I ordered my Pacesetter off-road y-pipe on March 20th 2012 and it is April 6th 2012 and I still have not received this item. The last I was informed, it spent 6 days in customs and was just cleared last night. Was really hoping to install it this Easter, but clearly that won't be happening

ive ordered a Honda Civic 2/4D 92-95 N1 Cat-Back Exhaust System it arrived with no dents in perfect shaped fit ments for my civic 95 dx nice fit also i had to buy from dif store the magna flow catalic converter caouse i coulnt wait the one i had was rusted so also i bought tht stainless steel for more life on muffler it took about 2weeks to get my parts i was lil upset what heck no rush any ways i tought maybe with the 30.00$ the shippment would fly here quick i tought roung installion 1 out of ten i give it a one easy put on hope you guys enjoy this muffler as much i did :D

Delivery was fast.I had some problems with the reverse lock out mechanism rubbing the shiftter,but I filed down the extra metal to make it work.I am very happy with the product and your business.ill be back again soon

One of the few companies that will ship to Canada without having to go through bongo. One wish though is that they would ship with a company besides UPS, like USPS or FedEx, because UPS brokerage fees are ridiculous... otherwise good service and I got my product in a reasonable time. Thanks!

shipping costs

I received my order in a timely fashion. I have not yet opened the packages as this is a Christmas gift for my boyfriend. My only concern is that I order both headlight and tail light covers for his trailblazer within 24 hours of each other...within plenty of time for the packages to be shippied together. They were in fact shipped together, yet I was still charged separate shipping and handling.....two charges of $25 each for a total shipping cost of $50. I don't know what the cost would have been had I just submitted both of my orders together at the same time, but I feel $50 for shipping and handling outrageous. My boyfriend loves to buy accessories for his vehicles, but I doubt we will purchase again from this site if the costs are going to be that high for shipping.
